When my daughter and her family moved to Connecticut, and I could no longer drive to visit them, my heart sank and depression set in. I have not been able to fly because of fear, but in the work we did answers showed up that released my fear and changed everything! I have booked a plane ticket, and eagerly look forward to the flight! Not enough words for the gratitude!
Hi Ms. Phyllis. I hope this finds you well. I am looking forward to having another appointment with you once the coronavirus is under control and we are given the okay to move about. The first appointment has done so much good. It has given me a whole new perspective regarding the family issues that I’ve been attempting to cope with for years. I feel much lighter. At first I didn’t know what to expect, I just knew I needed help. After talking with Phyllis and doing the exercises, it brought a well-needed sense of comfort.
